This waterfront penthouse consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths. As it is currently configured there are two complete and separate living areas with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the western living room. The western living area is also pre-plumbed for a bar or bathroom sink/shower.
The price includes all furnishings and appliances. There are very flexible financing options available to a qualified buyer. The Coconuts Caribe property is supplied with water by RO and rainwater collection which is treated by a 3-stage UV filtration system. The main home is supplemented with a 6-stage filtration system which supplies drinking water and filtered water to the kitchen area as well as the refrigerator and ice maker. There is also instant hot water to the main kitchen sink. There is a secondary bar sink in the double-wide island supporting food prep at the glass cooktop. Appliances are GE Profile Black Stainless.

The elevator and your home are protected by an emergency generator ensuring you are never without power. There are two central air conditioning systems (5-ton & 3.5-ton system) in the main home and a ductless system in the apartment. There are ceiling fans in every room. Most windows are protected by rolling metal hurricane shutters ensuring your home will survive any island storm.

The main kitchen island is double depth with cabinets on both sides and built-in electric outlets. Pots and pan storage are large pull-out drawers as opposed to unreachable shelves. All countertops are high-end granite. A list of appliances is included but all are high-end GE. There is a separate laundry room with shelving and a mop sink.

The master bath includes both an extra large shower with granite seating and a standalone bathtub for a relaxing soak in addition to two of the most beautiful raised his and her sinks on the island. There are 2 large closets in the master bedroom. His is a typical island closet which includes a linen storage area, while hers is a very large walk-in with built-in shoe shelves and plenty of room for all her beach and formal attire. There is even electricity in her walk-in.

The living room furniture is from the Cindy Crawford collection and the master bedroom furniture was custom-made. There is an extensive security system and much of the main home is Alexa controlled.
